While we will still offer a personal email support subscription we have decided to re-focus our efforts into developing an affordable forum-based support solution accessible to all.
All premium forum support subscribers will receive one year of priority access to our support techs. As soon as a premium member posts a new topic, a special email is sent out to the entire Synergration team to alert us. We strive to respond to priority members within 24 business hours however we aim to serve you in mere minutes if possible.
