Received a call back within 24 hours and within my call-time window. Tom was able to solve my problem immediately. He was very accommodating while I got other stakeholders on the phone. Saved the client a lot of time and money that would have been spent troubleshooting on my own.

Hello, I’ve been trying to get access to anyone from Synergration. Are you still in business? I have paid for 2 licenses of OpenSync, installed one of the licenses and about to install the second license. I recently moved OpenSync from one machine to another within the same company. The serial number is different and therefore, I am unable to use the same Registration Code. I tried calling, emailing, and calling again. The mailbox is full. Please call me or email me as I need this resolved immediately. My customer is unhappy at the delay. Thank you.

Support took over 24 hours to reach me the first time by phone. After a brief, diagnostic phone call, they reverted to only emails on a roughly 6 to still-waiting-48hours response time. The end result was they said nothing was wrong with my company file and did not provide any useful support meanwhile I figured it out on my own. Money poorly spent. I would not recommend this service.

I was so grateful that Tom too time to get back to me so quickly … I was in a critical situation and needed someone that was more knowledgeable than I am … I’m far from being a Geek!
