It crashed again today and I looked in the windows event viewer and more info. See attachment. I would really like an answer on what the issue is and a resolution.
When will I receieve a response? Is anyone there?
This is a VM ware slice so its running all the time and Administrator is always logged in. Ok lets hope this works. Thanks.
See attachment, the red arrow, this is the name I assume I am supposed to use in the task scheduler right?
Also do I need to keep the windows task scheduler open/running or does it run in the background even if the window is closed? I assume it can be closed since there are allot of other tasks it seems to be running already and I never opened it yet.
Is this right? See screenshots please.
You want me to use Windows Task Scheduler? Think about that. It will only launch the OSRun.exe but we have multiple tasks within Opensync, I dont want them all to run on Sunday via Windows Task Scheduler, it appears to me this will not run a specific task within OpenSync so this is not a workable solution as far as I understand it.
Again, this should be wihtin your software..
Here is a screencap of qbsdklog.txt
There has been no support reply to this forum post, could someone please respond?
Ooops I posted the wrong screenshot, here is the correct one, sorry.
I think this post was missed, can someone please respond to my issue?
I would not have concluded to rnu a rebuild based on OSRunner dying, but it is something I am willing to try.
Here are some additional details, please see attidional screenshot from the windows event viewer. Win2K8 Server.
I dont really understand.
So how would I set a date so that no data would be sent to Quickbooks before that data.
Meaning we are going to 1. Copy our QB file, keep the copy as an archive, 2. the on the original we want to remove all data prior to a cut-off date from the QB file, either by manually deleting the data from QB or by having the sync remove it, 3, then never sync any data from our MySQL DB to the file prior to the cut-off date.
Can you please clarify?
