Hi,
Attached is the screenshot from this morning. There is communicating happening as quick books did allow an update in preference for this app, but I simply cannot add a new entity to CR.

I have the latest version of the software and it will not allow me to add new entities. I have given admin permission in QB to allow communication with your software.
Each time I try to add a new QB company I simply get the message to open QB which is already open.

My problem is that I am unable to add companies to the software.
