I get this message when i try to make an edit to my RefreshReport configurations. If i ignore it and go to the Classes tab, there are no classes listed and i really need them to be listed to make my changes. Quickbooks and the company file are open and i had previously Run some syncs.
Any idea how to fix this. I have to update about 20 configurations and its causing a big delay for me.
Can you close QB completely and try to do the same thing please?
I closed QB and it does the same thing.

I didn’t see any problem on those log files. Can you also attached OpenSync log file as well please?
Sorry for the delay. It is attached. I’m getting ready to run the reports again tomorrow.
