    On QuickBooks, we go into a Non-Inventory part item and update the Sales price to the new sales price we have. We run the sync, but the price never updates.

    Some testing we’ve done:
    1. If we update the Item Name/Number that will update on the Units table
    2. Moving the Sales price higher or lower doesn’t update the Units table “Price” column.
    3. We’ve done full syncs as well while selecting Non Inventory and Items checkboxes on sync config and still wasn’t successful.

    So, are the Sales prices for the non inventory parts not stored in the Units table? What controls updating the Price on the Units table?

    No errors come up and it says sync successful. Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Which version of OpenSync are you running?

    We’re running 3.0.22

    I will recommend updating to the latest but right now the server is down. We are working on it.
