I have uninstalled, and reinstalled OpenSync 3.0.27 in an attempt to get the automated process running again. OPenSync manual launch of the automated task ‘automate’ will not run unless QuickBooks Enterterprise Solutions 20.0 is running. Nor will a scheduled task executing \OSRun.exe automate. Both give me the same. Error: Could not start QuickBooks.: -214220472. I have read thru this entire forum, and attempted every single solution to this issue offered. I have turned on File > Options > Enable Terminal Server Patches. I have paid for premium technical support, and have not heard anything from this company from the 5 emails I have sent. This was working fine before a colleague updated QuickBooks, and then OpenSync published an update. Would someone from synergration PLEASE contact me to resolve this issue, or I will be forced to request a refund and move on to another solution.
The support that you paid is to answer on this forum, not to get email support. I don’t to which email you are sending your email, but definitely not to my email account.
Are you running another 3er party software simultaneously?
No, I have an instance of QuickBooks Enterprise 20.0 and OpenSync 3.0.27 to sync to MSSQL 2017 on another instance to refresh down data from QuickBooks into its own database in SQL
While logged into my application server, it seems fine. Runs every :10m with OpenSync open AND QuickBooks while logged in. I built a Task Scheduler job to run /OSRun.exe automate, but if you logout of the box, everything stops working.
I just released OpenSync 3.0.28 which fixed error:
Please uninstall the current version and install the new one. Link: http://download.synergration.com/opensyncv3/opensync3.msi

Thanks for the help Yudel. For those that experience this issue, ensure that Control Panels > User Account Control Settings is set to Never notify. This will interrupt the terminal service with a dialog ‘Are you sure?’ stupidity built into Windows and will cause the process to fail with no relative diagnostics that point to this particular setting. Ensure that the user authenticated in QuickBooks Integration Applications will not conflict with another user account, as you cannot have both accounts using the QuickBooks application at the same time.
Thanks again Yudel for some awesome technical support, I am back up and running Task Scheduler using the OSRun.exe application that comes with OpenSync!
