A month with no reply?
I thought now that we are premium it’s supposed to be 24 hours? I know people get busy, so even 2 days or a week for a non-urgent issue would be more tolerable than a month long wait.
Can you please look into fixing the problems with the message board that me and others have described.

This is exactly why I was hesitant to pay for support because of the long delays in receiving support.
Can you at least respond with something like ‘we are looking into this’ ??

Thanks for getting back to me. These issues on the message board make it very difficult to post debug logs from the application.
The issue is pretty clearly laid out earlier in this forum thread. But I can copy and paste it in a new message if you like.
