We have a company credit card that needs to be resynced and we want to quickly purge all the transactions for a range so we can re-import.
update creditcardcharge set Status = ‘DELETE’ where AccountRef_FullName = ‘Credit Card:Chase Credit Card’ AND DATE(TxnDate) BETWEEN ‘2018-01-01 00:00:00’ AND ‘2018-12-31 00:00:00’;
We’ve made a ‘Update to QuickBooks’ task
Selected Tables:
Account
Bill Payment Credit Card
Charge
Credit Card Charge
Credit Card Credit
Transaction
When running the task, the following error occurs:

You have selected to run a task which updates records to QuickBooks but no records have their status column set. The status column must be set to either ADD, UPDATE, or DELETE in order for OpenSync to process records back to QuickBooks.

We’ve also tried doing an Update to QuickBooks task where ‘All Tables’ are selected.
And we get the same error.

While I don’t expect a 5 minute response when paying $100 for support. You do specifically say you’ll respond within one business day and so far this is not the case and never has been since we initially paid for support. I give the current support level 1 star.
Can we please get help here?
Also… I would GLADLY pay $399 for your premium email support if you can provide what you say. But! The support response time has been so slow on the forums, that I fear it will be a waste of money and we’ll never hear from you even though we paid!
Please prove me wrong and respond to our issues with at least an initial investigation.

I don’t see that you paid for premium customer support. If you did, please provide order number to update your status. Other wide we have a week to answer your posts.
QuickBooks API doesn’t support DELETE for neither credit card charges/credits table. If you click on your database on OpenSync, you will see that the delete option is blank which means that is not supported.

In opensync, it does not show that a delete option is unavailable for credit card. See screen shot. There no no notations about what it can or cannot do on the interface that I’ve seen so far.
Also.. has anything changed in Quickbooks 2019? Is perhaps a delete option available in the new version?

There is no ‘delete option’ shown in OpenSync that I have located thus far to indicate that it’s not supported.
Also, have you investigated the problem of not being able to upload screenshots to the messageboard?
