I’m attempting to purchase an upgrade of OpenSync, and have been talking to Ryan, until I heard nothing back. In lieu of “support”, I just decided to purchase the upgraded version, and now get an error that the payment gateway is having a problem. Is Synergration still in business, and offering support to paying customers? I would pay for support if I thought that I could actually get a call back…..

I ended up purchasing through PayPal instead. I’m still waiting for a refund of the first purchase, however. Also, please check your email – I’ve sent numerous questions because the Oracle version of OpenSync 3 will not allow viewing of the database after it’s created. There’s an OleDB error being thrown every time. There are screenshots in those emails as well.
