Ever since registering my product, I have received the following error a few times a week. Any help appreciated.

Are you running OpenSync 3.0.25? Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing it?
Yes, I am running the latest release. I did try uninstalling and reinstalling but this did not remedy the situation.
Is there a more complete un-instillation … hidden directories.. user data.. that I should try?
Or, what is my next step.
You have a directory issue. You have to look for that on regedit or try to install it on another computer.
Could you please elaborate? What do you mean by “directory issue”? Again, this is not an all the time error… it only happens once and a while. Just trying to understand.
