    Good morning,

    One of my customers is looking to upgrade their version of OpenSync from the 2.0.80 version to 3.0.28. Unfortunately, we do not have the original login information for the serial attached to the v2 install, so we’ve installed v3 with a temporary license to get things working for the moment.

    What steps are required to associate the serial number we have from the v2 software to the new account we’ve created to allow us to purchase an upgrade for the license to the v3 version of the software?
