I recently did a customer database pull and received the following error during the sychronization:
Error: The ticket parameter is invalid: -2147221504
First time I am getting this error. Any idea’s?
Can I see your log files please?
I sent the log files through the application. Please confirm that you have received them and advise of a solution.
