    Hello.

    Today while syncing an Invoice object an error occurred:

    There was an error when saving a Invoice. QuickBooks error message: This transaction action is not allowed for this user.

    And here is what xml log says:

    Also I’ve added screenshot of an error below.

    What may be the issue here? Please help.

    If any more information is needed I’ll provide.

    By the CoreObjXDB.log that you posted, you are trying to push this back to QuickBooks: 2013-08-09 17:22:06 3265 ModAccess ERROR: Â êîëëåêöèè íå óäàåòñÿ íàéòè ýëåìåíò, ñîîòâåòñòâóþùèé òðåáóåìîìó èìåíè èëè ïîðÿäêîâîìó íîìåðó.(UpdateEntryDB PreferredDeliveryMethod in table customer None 80000644-1376053900)
    You have a lot of this> I don’t think that is a preferred delivery method. The other thing that you can do is trace the update task. To do so go to File->Options on the OpenSync main windows and check “Trace Update”. This will generate an xml that we can see what is been sent to QuickBooks. Also, I will need the OpenSync log files too. By the way, Which version of OpenSync are you running?
