After populating the customer table from QuickBooks through OpenSync, the ParentRefFullName field is null. This field had previously been populated with the data in QuickBooks. when a job is created in QuickBooks, the job name is Customer:Job. The ParentRefFullName is Customer. Please advise when this will be fixed.
I just emailed you. Please do the same for this table that I asked you on the email and we will see what’s going on. I think you are having some kind of bug on your company file. You know what. Can you run a rebuild/verify on your company file firts, please?
