Running OpenSync 3.0.22 once works fine to start the osrunner service. You see the scheduler appear in the icon tray and the buttons in OpenSync show the service is running. Close OpenSync and the scheduler remains as it should.
Launch OpenSync again and you get the attached. The service appears stopped but the buttons are not active and the scheduler in the icon tray is still there.
In addition, the icon in the icon tray does not do anything when clicked. Usually these show some indication of function when clicked.
The second open of OpenSync throws the error that 3.0.22 tried to fix.
Version 3.0.22 11/01/2018

I came back to check for a response and started looking at my issue again and it seems fine now?
