I am using OpenSync Version 3.0.29 and when I select “Start”, the scheduling service is not starting. After pressing “Start” the mouse cursor starts spinning for three seconds or so and then nothing changes. Do you have a suggestion on how to resolve this?

Try to uninstall and re-install it.
