I will review the XML files tomorrow morning and let you know what I find. Thanks.

I am still seeing this issue. It is not only the salesorder table losing the CustomerRef_FullName, but the purchaseorder table is also losing the VendorRef_FullName. I am sure this is probably happening to other tables as well, but these two are the most used. I do not see any errors in any of the logs. Any ideas?

When you add a salesorder you need to specify the CustomerRef_FullName in the table, no CustomerRef_ListID as that will change once the customer is added to QB. Maybe this is the reason that you are losing CustomerRef_FullName.

The issue is that it isn’t just the salesorder and purchaseorder tables where this is happening. Tables that are not used to add/update entries via opensync such as invoices, bill, itemreceipt, and creditmemo also display the same errors. Either the CustomerRef_FullName and CustomerRef_ListID or VendorRef_FullName and VendorRef_ListID go missing after the nightly refresh of these tables.

So, I finally got a xml log file of these records. CustomerRef_FullName and CustomerRef_ListID are not even in the xml file.

All of the records that have missing CustomerRef_FullName and CustomerRef_ListID have been modified within a day or two of the Refresh.

Can you send the log file and xml files as well please? Have you considered to upgrade OpenSync?

I have attached all available log files and a refresh sales order xml file which does not seem to include the CustomerRef fields. All other logs are snippets from the time the daily refresh task is run.

That issue was solved on OpenSync v2, version 2.0.77. You need to update at least. I will recommend you to upgrade to OpenSync v3, but that is up to you.

Ok great. I just upgraded from 2.0.73 to 2.0.83. I will see if the issue persists. What enhancements have been added to v3?

The issue is that QB is not returning the CustomerRef for the sales order so OpenSync blanks it out. Have you tried running a rebuild/verify on the company file within QB?

This actually did not start happening until we rebuilt the company file. It seemed to resolve itself after a few weeks and then began again after we had to rebuild the company file for a second time. After upgrading to version 2.0.83, the problem persists.

The weird thing is that the normal refreshes throughout the day do not cause this issue, only when I run my daily update task at the end of the day which refreshes, Bill, Build Assembly, Credit Memo, Customer, Inventory Adjustment, Invoice, Item Group, Item Inventory, Item Inventory Assembly, Item Receipt, Item Sites, Purchase Order, and Sales Order. Purchase order loses some vendor names, sales order loses some customer names, etc…

Can you post the error that you are getting please? or screenshot if it is possible.

    Thanks

I am not receiving any errors when this occurs during the refresh. It just seems that whatever records the refresh picks up it does not import the customer/vendor name at that given time.

I did do a repopulate of these tables and received a few errors during bill, item inventory, item inventory assembly, and purchase order regarding a single vendor name.
