When adding or removing information from the sales orders the sync fails after the initial sync. With the initial sync everything syncs to quick books just fine then when trying to sync more information to the same sales order we get the following error:
Error num: -2147220503 Error Table: sales order Error field: quickbooks Error Desc: the item ” is placed in the request in incorrect order.
We are not removing any field. We are adding information into quickbooks via other1. Does removing a custom field have anything to do with the error above.
The problem that I see is that after the initial sync the sales order that was synced is reordered in the database so therefore the synced sales order will not sync because of the incorrect order of the line items.
