How do you maintain realtime sync when the sync is tasked based. How much system resources does it eat up?

That will be depending in how big your company file is.

but you have a task based system, so there is no realtime sync, it more like as close to realtime as possible, but it will never be realtime with task based system.

I don’t know what you mean when you say “real time sync”. You can schedule you task to run every so often.

matos.ray do you mean like microsoft SQL replica service with subscriber and distributor?
it won’t be possible with quickbooks API, as it is not trigger based.
you can run it on a continuous loop you will get a 15 seconds delay. ( for new entries )
if you choose a particulate table like estimate/invoice/customer/transaction/item-inventory/sales receipt/ to update you can narrow down to 5-7 seconds.
