Opensync,
I had talked with Quickbooks Customer support, we got that Enterprise support, and they took a look at the issue I am currently troubleshooting.
We use OpenSync to transfer invoices to Quickbooks from our ERP and everything works just great. Except I get this “Quickbooks – Unrecoverable Error” error. (Please see attachement)
If I click on “Send”, error is sent to Quickbooks and the transfer works perfectly.
If I click on “Don’t Send” Quickbooks crashes and nothing gets transferred.
Error occurs only once, regardless if I am transferring 1 or 100 invoices, but occurs for each transfer. (Which will be scheduled to run every minute)
Quickbooks support advised me that they have dealt with this before and OpenSync had the solution.
Please advise,
Kevin Vargas

I have a somewhat similar issue. My task runs successfully but when it shuts down QB it crashes it and I get the error above. This has just started recently after years of working flawlessly. Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Scott
Can you attach your log files, please?
Yudel,
Just a bit more information. My sync works X number of times but then always crashes within an hour or two. Sometimes it crashes after the first sync sometimes it can make it through four or five, sometimes it runs a dozen or more before going down.
Thanks for taking a look!
Regards,
Scott
I didn’t see anything that tells me about that issue. Have you tried increasing the time between syncs if your business allows it?
