We have an issue with a server where, whenever the server reboots, opensync starts but cannot run any of the tasks, returning the error Quickbooks could not start. Every time we have to open task manager and end quickbooks, then we are able to run the opensync tasks again. Does anyone have a fix for this?
Can you attach your log files, please?
Please see the attached log files
Unfortunately, it looks like I am unable to attach the actual log files as they are not permitted for security reasons
you have to zip them before attaching.
it says to check the error table. Can you tell me what the error table has?
I’m working with Eric on this same situation. Could you clarify which error table you’re talking about? Do you mean the logs? If so, which ones?
The error table is one of the table that OpenSync creates when the database is created. Go to your database, look for the error table and tell me what is saying, please.
We have opensync updating multiple databases, multiple times a day. Do you want the error tables for all of them?
I found the error table for the database, but I’m unsure how to export it. Could you give me some instruction on that?
what does it say?
I have taken over this issue for Eric.
Can you give us instruction on how to export the Error tables you are looking for? I think that is where we are stuck at.
The error table is one of the tables that OpenSync creates when the database gets created. It should be there.
