I’m running a trial to see if your software fits the needs of our company and when I try to add a new company file I am prompted to make sure the company file is open in QB. After opening the company file and hitting okay I am presented an error message saying I need to open the company file in QuickBooks. I tried this with OS open as the user and open as a domain administrator, same error.
Are there any common reasons something like this can happen?
