    We paid for advanced phone support on 1/13. I still have not received any kind of contact from anyone at Synergration. The website says to expect a call within 24 hours. Very disappointed with their customer service so far.

    Does anyone know where this company can be reached? I’ve tried emailing, twitter, and calling a number that was on an email I received from someone on their Sales team but it went to a “This number is not taking calls at the moment”.

    I received a call from Tom and he was able to address my issues quickly. We are up and running. Thanks for the support!
