We recently upgraded our QuickBooks software to 2019 and it is not compatible with our licensed OpenSync V2 version.The release notes for V3 indicate that its compatible but requires a license.
So what is the upgrade price and how can we initiate this upgrade to work? Transactions are stuck.
That is correct. OpenSync v2 doesn’t support QB 2019. You will have to upgrade. It is $299.00 us dollar for the current customers. Log in in our web page with the same email address that you purchased OpenSync V2 and the system will sort the price out for you.
We upgraded to v3 and purchased the license. Now we are stuck with two things:
1. All the tasks that we created in v2 disappeared. Can we not get them back to save us time?
2. The process of creating a new task gets stuck at the stage of selecting a report type, for example, refreshing a report of the trial balance. It keeps loading.
Kindly assist speedily as we are behind time to process transactions for our client.

OpenSync v3 should have to pick up old tasks from OpenSync v2. If it doesn’t, you can load them manually: Help->Import Configuration File. OpenSync v3 doesn’t support memorize reports. I will recommend recreating task for reports since some of the parameters changed.
