    I transferred my license to a new computer. After the transfer, I have been able to create one sync activity. Any attempt to add another sync results in OS closing – no error code, nothing in logs – it just closes. I’ve removed, reinstalled OS. Removed, reinstalled QB Enterprise 2018. Anyone know a solution to this issue?? I did send logs into synergration yesterday but don’t know if anyone is monitoring.. or responding.

    We only check the log files when I asked for the log files. Otherwise, that email doesn’t get checked out. Also, you are telling that isn’t anything on the log files. If the problem started when you change your computer, the problem is on your new setup, not in OpenSync. Can you post a screenshot of the issue?
