    I have Quickbooks Enterprise with 2 user licenses. Ive gotten Opensync set up and working and running every night at 1am. Works great. However when I come in in the morning and log into quickbooks (using a different account name), quickbooks notifies me that “You’ve exceeded the maximum number of users who can access the company file at one time” My accountant is logged in and I assume Opensync is still logged in. I have to go to our server room and close quickbooks before I can log in successfully. Is there a fix for this?

    You can use the user that OpenSync uses to connect as long as you know that OpenSync will be running. Otherwise, you will need to increase your user licenses.
