I have Quickbooks Enterprise with 2 user licenses. Ive gotten Opensync set up and working and running every night at 1am. Works great. However when I come in in the morning and log into quickbooks (using a different account name), quickbooks notifies me that “You’ve exceeded the maximum number of users who can access the company file at one time” My accountant is logged in and I assume Opensync is still logged in. I have to go to our server room and close quickbooks before I can log in successfully. Is there a fix for this?
