Recently received new error when syncing QuickBooks to our SQL Server database once it reaches a particular table during the sync process. Error as follows:
ExecuteBackground Error: Key Column information is insufficient or incorrect. Too many rows were affected by update. vbcrif& (Please reconnect to your database server and try again).
I was unable to locate the trace xml file and could not see any immediate issues. Any ideas?
Can you attached your log files if you are running OpenSync v2 please? If yo are running OpenSync v3, on the main windows go to Help->Send Diagnostics
