We recently had an issue with our QB company file on the server and had to switch a back up file. Once we got QB working again, Opensync (which runs on a different PC) is now asking for a license key.
I tried putting in the key we got when we bought 3.0 in 2018 but it will not take it as valid.
I need to get into Opensync and reconfigure it to make sure it’s talking to the right company file on the server.
Since we already own 3.0 how do I resolve this license key issue? Thanks!
