We tried updating a lot of employees’ timetracking data from our database to quickbooks, and only one employee fails. All of his time fails. If we change the employee (entityref_listid), it updates perfectly. No matter what we change about this employee in quickbooks, we still get the same error as long as we are using his ListId. His listid is only in the entity table once.
From the error table:
Validatedependencies
This key is already associated with an element of the collection Error retreiving Entity for value 8000094D-1461265658
There is nothing in the xml logs.
From what I can see opensync isn’t checking my database’s entity table.
Is this a known bug? Where would opensync be looking for the entity values?
Thanks!
What was the new value that you assigned to entityref_listid in order to work?
Can you post your log files please? you have to zip the folder and attach it.
Regards,
In case anyone else comes across this issue (also applies to OpenSync 3), we were able to figure it out months later. If an employee has multiple rates entered for the same payrollitemwage, opensync won’t be able to ADD those rows associated with that employee in the timetracking table.
