We have an issue where Open Sync opens QuickBooks but there is an error when opening it. “-2147221504 OpenSync:Poller Timeout connecting to QuickBooks, killing QBW32.EXE” . Usually a message box will pop up asking if we want to send information on the crash. The service stops here and will not continue on until someone manually goes into the machine Open Sync is running on and closes the window then stops and restarts the service. If there is no pop up, someone still has to go into stop and restart the service. Is this able to be remedied?
Which version of OpenSync and QuickBooks are you using? Can you share your log files, please?
I am using version 3.0.25 of Open Sync.
I am using QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 17.0

Here is the second log file since I wasn’t allowed to attach a .log file.
To send the log files, you can go on the main windows of OpenSync to Help-Send Diagnostics.
I just changed it to a .txt file instead.
That file doesn’t say much. Can you do “Help-Send Diagnostics”, please?
I don’t see any error on the log files. Can you uninstall OpenSync and re-install it, please? Maybe any field got corrupted.
The errors were on older log files, from the 17th.
Do you have another application connecting to QuickBooks on the background as well? Because that is what it looks like.
