I’m still having issues pulling reports – on occasion it just appears the report just errors out for no reason. I know this because whenever I’m running reports it works 50% of the time.
In addition, on occasion I run one report but the error message corresponds to a different report that I didn’t run.
I’m not sure what’s going on as my chart of accounts are up-to-date and identical.
On the report session, we are blinded. QuickBooks doesn’t offer any documentation on it. You have to test it and check the data until you get what you are expecting to get. Sorry for the inconveniences.
