“If you did not include the serial number for your software on the order form, please submit it by replying to this email so we can generate the unlock code for you. For those who have yet to install, the serial number is displayed on the registration screen that appears when you start our software.”
We have sent you our serial number and order number multiple times and no one has responded. Is support even offered for this product?!?
