User order OpenSync SW about 2018/10/17.
User’s information:
Company name: GCC Computer, Taiwan
Username: John.chen
Invoice Number: 64360
User’s mail: mis@gcc.com.tw
Product Description & Version: OpenSync 3.0.31
License Key last 9 code: KHC64GJE9
Problem Description/User’s request:
User suddenly saw the OpenSync APP show “No license key was found on your system.Click Next> to enter a license key.”
If user clicked cancel, and the APP would be off.
Screen shot please refer the private attach file.
And I release client’s license in below link, it showed ”
The activation key “XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX-KHC64GJE9 was not found on the license server.”

And user’s Opensync product could not use now !!
Service is impact !!
Need Opensync Support provide feedback & fix solutions right now, otherwise user might never order any product of Synergration/ Opensync anymore !!
