We’re recently facing an issue with item sync. Every time we refresh from Quickbooks it sync deletes everything from the table and resyncs everything all over again. please advise.
Did you pick Refresh from QuickBooks when you created the task? or populate from QuickBooks?
I chose Refresh option. It keeps wiping out the data and starting the full sync all over again.
Which version are you using?
Quickbooks Enterprise 2020.

yes, you have to remove the primary key from the database on itemnoninventory and all the item tables that you will need to populate
