I am a premium support client.
Failed: The ticket parameter is invalid.:-2147221504
Attempted a full update and received the following message.
Failed: The ticket parameter is invalid.:-2147221504
On version 3.0.28
The scheduler will not update
Since version 3.0.28 is running slower than previous versions, I tried setting the repeat every 1 day to 7:00 pm from 9:15 pm. It’s next scheduled time to run is 9:15 pm, which it is supposed to be 7:00 pm.
I have older support tickets that have not been responded too.

Sorry for the late response. It seems like someone else is connected with the same user name from a different computer. Or you have two company file open.
I’m having a similar problem. I’m pretty sure that no one else is using the same user name. It only happens with the Transaction table and that’s been after other tables have update from QB to SQL in the same task. I sent in the logs from the OpenSync app a few days ago and haven’t heard anything back.
Can you please help?

Are you trying to connect to QuickBooks online?
No. Latest version of enterprise.
Can you post the log files, please?
