Running the latest version of OpenSync (3.0.21), and Quickbooks 18. Recently we have seen a change in the OpenSync process. It hangs when trying to query the transactions in the Quickbooks file and then finally errors out with the message “An internal QuickBooks error occurred while trying to access the QuickBooks company data file.:-2147220452”.
I have run both “Verify” and “Rebuild” on the file and it comes back clean from QB itself.
We have also noticed that in the database for the fields “TimeCreated” and “TimeModified” we are getting NULL instead of actual dates.
