I’m trying to resolve an issue with a system that was in place when we started doing IT for this business. They have an OpenSync installation that syncs between quickbooks and a document management system called Cabinet.
The errors look like this:
List entry not found: Administrative:Other Administrative Expenses:Communications:Wireless Teleph
The user that manages these syncs says that it happens when that account field is too long and it gets truncated. Is there any solution to this? Does anyone know if the character limit is in OpenSync and what it is?
