I have rebuilt data in QuickBooks and started new database in access. When populating fields I still get errors.
ERROR: (GenMakeDBRecs: Multiple-step operation generated errors. Check each status value.: PrefVendorRef in table items 80000424-1241548038 Industrial Technical Sales & Service, Inc 80000593-1238605783 – )
ERROR: (GenMakeDBRecs: The changes you requested to the table were not successful because they would create duplicate values in the index, primary key, or relationship. Change the data in the field or fields that contain duplicate data, remove the index, or redefine the index to permit duplicate entries and try again.: ItemInventoryAssemblyLine in table items 800006E3-1238605797 01-3500-52a 1 800006FE-1238605797 – )
Populate Error: The changes you requested to the table were not successful because they would create duplicate values in the index, primary key, or relationship. Change the data in the field or fields that contain duplicate data, remove the index, or redefine the index to permit duplicate entries and try again. vbcrlf & (Please reconnect to your database server and try again.)
I changed the name of item 01-3500-52 to 01-3500-52a and that didn’t help.
Have QuickBooks Enterprise 20 and am using opensync 3.0.28. I need to get this resolved.

You have to remove primary and index keys from those tables.

I have removed the primary and index keys from those tables and still get the same error.

Seems to work after removing index and primary keys on all tables. That is a fair bit of work.

you only need to remove on the tables that are giving you an error.
