I’ve set my email address in File-Options-Mail Configuration (email@example.com).
There are three boxes below the input field for yahoo, hotmail and gmail – do I have to use those domains?
I am not receiving the notification via email as I should be.
Where is the email sent from? Can I specify my own server? How do I troubleshoot this?
You can put any email address. Those are the most popular domains, that is why they are there. Try to send me your log files and that way we will know if you are having any issue with the email notification on your end. On the main windows go to Help-Send diagnostics.

What server is it trying to use? Is the authentication info built into the program?
I released a new version. Please uninstall current one and install new one. You should be good to go.
