I have two different installs running in two different environments. The first has been running for years on version 2 and works smoothly. The newest install is using opensync v3 (all I could buy at the time) and other users are experiencing QuickBooks stalls/freezing during the sync process. I am hoping I can downgrade the license to the opensync version 2 and see if that makes any difference? Can I install a trial of opensync 2? Any help is appreciated.
I was unable to install the trial of OpenSync2 because I had installed it prior to OpenSync3 and so it is expired.
I will email you an extended trial key for OpenSync v2.
