We’ve had opensync for sometime, but I just noticed that a customer is not populated in the “Customer” field, although customers entered before this customer was entered and afterward them are listed.
1.) How do I force a re-populate of that specific table rather than re-populating all tables?
2.) How do I find out what is causing a particular customer to not populate? I don’t see any errors related to this item and the sync doesn’t fail.
More information:
When I populate the customer table, (MDB) it only populates 59 of the 2300+ customers. I tried making a new DB and populate it, but I get the same result; only 59 records.
It’s not giving any errors, how do I diagnose?
Quickbooks Enterprise 18.0
Opensync 2.0.66
Purchased Premium forum support
Tried to send docs via “Send” feature but it errors. Where should I email the docs to?
Im having this same problem
I have to re-populate the table to get them to update
Im using QB2019 and the open sync 3.0.25
today only 485 out of 2000 users will update after we ran the memorized transaction and add the new charge.. changing the balance due. we need to update our SQL server to get the new balance out of QB
Check the error table on your database, just in case. Also, you can trace the populate task. On the main windows go to File->Option and check trace populate. This will create an xml file on your log file and we will be able to see what is the problem.
I have already set Check Trace Populate in the software:
<TracePopulate>True</TracePopulate>
Where do I go to find out where the problem is?
Here’s what I see in the OpenSync file – it’s not showing me any errors, here.

In the QB Log – I do see this esveral times
20190430.163814 E 1312 CustomerStorage::BuildTheRetObject This feature is not enabled or not available in this version of QuickBooks. HRESULT=0x80040527
But then later it says that it completed successfully
20190430.163817 I 1312 QBSDKMsgSetHandler Request completed successfully.
20190430.163817 I 1312 MsgSetHandler Finished.
I did find this in the CoreObjXDB.Log file – I don’t know if this is related. I cannot find this database name, even when I make a new MDB file and populate it. I edited the customer info to mask it.

it does. You are missing contactsdetail table from your database. Can you create a new database and populate that one? Let me know.
I have made a brand new database and populated it fresh, but it does not make that table. I tried to manually make that table but kept getting errors when trying to populate. Shouldn’t the software automatically make this table? I have QB Enterprise 18.0 – is this compatible?
Other suggestions on how to fix it or why it’s not adding that table to the new database?
on this path: c:\users\%currentuser%\appdata\local\Synergration, has to be a txt file called “CreateTableStataments.txt”. Delete that file. Its looks that it was compromised. OpenSync will create again. Then create a new database. This should fix it.
I looked in the location that you said, but I cannot locate this file. I dropped to a command prompt and searched c:\ for “CreateTableStatements.txt /s”; but the file cannot be found. I did find a synergration file under c:\program data – but that is all.
Where else should I look or what should I do next?
It is a hidden folder. You to unhide the folder.
I have already selected “Show hidden files, folders and drives”. It doesn’t show up.
Screen shot is attached.
As a business critical item, I really can’t continue to troubleshoot this slowly. 1 day in between replies isn’t sufficient for me. I either need quicker help to get it resolved, or I’ve got to find a different solution.
That is not the path that. Take another look at it.
