We’ve had a client that has us running OpenSync for them and twice now, in the last 30 days, their customer list has become corrupted which has caused them to need to do a full restore. They believe OpenSync is causing the issue because it’s happened twice now, no other software connect to QB and they didn’t have the issue before we installed OpenSync.
I’ve attached the most recent logs I could get but we’re not sure exactly when the customer list went missing. I believe it may have been yesterday.
Please let me know if this is possible, how we can avoid this and what we should do. Thank you!
Can you tell your client to run a rebuild/verify on the company file? Then run a full populate for customer table.
