Custom Fields sync don't update after first sync

We use some of the “custom fields” in QB Customer:Job setup Additional Info tab. If we enter data into those field as we create the job, save and then sync. All of the custom field data is pulled (first pass is good) data shows up in the salesorder table on the external database. However, if we make changes to any of those custom field values, subsequent syncing doesn’t update the data in the external database. Tested with Azure SQL and Access.

Is there a way to force the update of custom fields on every sync task?
