    I am using OpenSync 3.0.25 and QB 2019 Enterprise
    Code that worked for 5 years with v2.0 no longer works: my custom fields are not updating in Quickbooks and they are not remaining updated in the MySql db either.

    I am using CustomField1 and CustomField2 to track ActivityStatus and Type in the ItemInventory table.
    These fields are created in QB and they show up.

    When I UPDATE a row in ItemInventory I can see the data in the table, but after the UPDATE the fields in the table are no longer updated and the data in QB has not changed. Other data that I have changed during this UPDATE does get changed in QB.

    This worked for 5 years and we RELY ON THIS FUNCTIONALITY.

    are you setting the column status to update and then run an update task. If the custom fields change in QuickBooks, you have to run a populate on that table.



    I seemed to have missed this response back in April.

    As I said, I have run this code for 5 years!

    I can see the data in iteminventory in the CustomField1 and CustomField2 columns. The status column says UPDATE.

    I run Refresh/Update. The values DO NOT CHANGE IN QUICKBOOKS.

    In fact, if I change those fields in Quickbooks, those changes do not flow up to the iteminventory table either.

    Is there a bug?
