I am using the latest version of OpenSync and QB Enterprise Solution: Manufacturing and Wholesale 18.0.
We have a Test Database that we used to validate OpenSync and the credit memo table populated approximately 2k records. Once validated we created a Production database to report off of and the credit memo table is empty. I have rebuilt the test databases, created specific tasks, and tested refresh vs full populate without success. There are no errors in the logs. I am looking for any assistance to get this resolved.
