    I’m trying to use OpenSync to fetch the Sales By Customer Detail report, in the filter by name, I select a specific customer name. But it fails to sync. It says it can’t find that name in the request
    Let say the customer name is ABC. Here is the error log:

    Failed: Object “ABC Customer” specified in the request cannot be found. QuickBooks error message: Invalid argument. The specified record does not exist in the list.:3120

    After a few trials, I think what causes the problem is that when Open Sync constructs the query against Quickbooks, it use the Parameter ‘ABC Customer’ instead of ‘ABC’.
    Of course the name ‘ABC Customer’ doesn’t exist in QBB. There is only ‘ABC’

    Also, can you code your software where it allows to select a range of names in a list box by holding the shift key while selecting the first and the last name.
    I have to select multiple customers names but I have to click one by one.
