    Hello,
    We are using OpenSync v2.0.73 We have an ongoing problem when we perform a Refresh from Quickbooks operation. When the Refresh is completed one of the tables in Microsoft Access is not being fully populated. We have to modify the job to do a Populate from Quickbooks and then run this manually to correct it.

    Specifically we are only choosing one table from Quickbooks, the table is ReceivePayment. In Access two tables are updated with data, 1. receivepayment and 2. appliedtotxndetail
    The table that is missing data from some fields is receivepayment, the field that is missing data is CustomerRef_FullName, there could be others but this is the only field that I care about.

    After I manually change the job to Populate and run it, it works, then I change it back to Refresh is sometimes it works but most of the time it does not working, missing data again.

    Any help is very much appreciated.
