$99.00

After further consideration (and repeatedly answering the same questions over and over again via email) we felt the most efficient means of supporting the community is to publicly chronicle as many consultation and support threads as possible.

While we will still offer a personal email support subscription we have decided to re-focus our efforts into developing an affordable forum-based support solution accessible to all.

All premium forum support subscribers will receive one year of priority access to our support techs. As soon as a premium member posts a new topic, a special email is sent out to the entire Synergration team to alert us. We strive to respond to priority members within 24 business hours however we aim to serve you in mere minutes if possible.

  • You add the plan to your cart and purchase
  • For one year your role on the forums is elevated to “Premium Member” and your avatar is placed atop a gold background
  • You post topics on the forums and receive responses within 24 business hours (at the latest)
  • You consequently reclaim a boatload of time, and instead, spend it making the world a better place

We have paid for support, left a message in the forum with a description of our problem and haven’t heard or received any feedback. Can someone contact us?

The timetracking table is not transferring data with a status of UPDATE. We have updated the software to the latest version 2.0.78. We compared the database schema and saw no difference. So, we repopulated our development database and ran a test. The error we are getting is “ItemServiceStorage::BuildTheRetObject This feature is not enabled or not available in this version of QuickBooks. HRESULT=0x800040527”. We are running QuickBooks 2016 Premier Plus.

Help! We are in the final stages of Go-Live and this is the only bug preventing this transition.

We have paid for support, put a questions into the forum and haven’t had a response. We also researched the issue and found sample code where you can update a timesheet in QuickBooks. So, it appears that this feature is a miss in the software or we are doing something wrong. Please help.

Paid for Premium Forum Support and placed a question on the forum on April 10. Checking this evening, after 5 days, and still no response. Definitely disappointed at the support for this product.

I’ve been working on a new project that includes some integration with QuickBooks. After looking into the Intuit SDK, the web connector and QODBC, I downloaded the trial of OpenSync, set it up in less than 15 minutes and realized my prayers were answered. I’m going to save a lot of time and my client a lot of money while providing a better solution.

    Order: #10772
My order was placed on 10th of November and I still have not got a resolution to the issue. We initially connected on Tuesday 11/11 and ever since I have been following up for updates. Have not heard anything other than “backed up with priority support incidents”. I was supposed to get a response on 15th and didn’t get any.
Can someone please get us an update?

Abdulla, we have no record of you purchasing Premium Forum Support. You purchased a one-time phone support call and the issue you brought to our attention seems to be related Intuit making some breaking changes to Employee returns in QB 2015. We’re actively working to mitigate the problem as expeditiously as possible and I know our developers have been in contact with you over email. I’ll ensure they keep you in the loop but understand that, seeing how the point of failure seems to be on the API-end, some of this is out of our control.
