    Our refresh started freezing today so I upgraded from 3.14 to 3.15. I am now getting the following error:

    The ticket parameter is invalid.:-2147220467


    What are you doing that is causing that error?



    Did this ever get resolved? We’ve been using the same process for a couple of years and this week we are seeing this error:
    ERROR_TABLE: timetracking
    ERROR_FIELD: refreshdatabasefields
    ERROR_DESC: An error occured while updating record information. The ticket parameter is invalid.

    We were updating 1218 records to QB. Of that number, there are 271 records whose STATUS field remains at ADD.

    Any clues as to what might cause this?
